Job Summary:

As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to executives and other staff members by performing various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and managing correspondence. You will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage executive schedules, including scheduling appointments and organizing meetings.

• Coordinate travel arrangements for executives and other staff members.

• Manage correspondence, including answering phone calls and responding to emails.

• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents.

• Manage office supplies and equipment.

• Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

• Organize and maintain electronic and paper files and records.

• Provide general support to visitors and staff members.

• Perform other administrative duties as needed.


• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.

• 2+ years of experience as an administrative assistant or in a related field.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
