Job Title: Culture Operations Manager
Reports to: Head of Culture and Employee Engagement
Job Summary:
The Culture Operations Manager is responsible for the design, implementation, and management of programs and initiatives that support and promote the company's culture and employee engagement. The position requires a high degree of collaboration and strategic thinking, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities:

Develop and implement culture and employee engagement programs: The Culture Operations Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing programs that support and promote the company's culture and employee engagement. This includes programs related to employee recognition, wellness, diversity and inclusion, and career development.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams: The Culture Operations Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, Marketing, and Communications, to ensure that culture and employee engagement initiatives are aligned with the company's overall strategy.

Manage employee engagement surveys: The Culture Operations Manager will be responsible for managing employee engagement surveys and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.

Develop and manage budget: The Culture Operations Manager will be responsible for developing and managing a budget for culture and employee engagement programs.

Organize company events: The Culture Operations Manager will be responsible for organizing company events, including employee recognition events, wellness initiatives, and team building activities.

Manage vendor relationships: The Culture Operations Manager will be responsible for managing vendor relationships related to culture and employee engagement programs.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in a similar role.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
