Position Title: Quality Control Coordinator
Position Overview: The Quality Control Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that products and services meet or exceed the quality standards set by the organization. They are responsible for developing and implementing quality control procedures, conducting quality control tests and inspections, and working with teams to address quality issues. The Quality Control Coordinator will work closely with management and other stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that improve quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that products and services meet or exceed the organization's quality standards.
- Conduct quality control tests and inspections on products and services to identify defects, inconsistencies, or other issues.
- Work with teams to identify and address quality issues, and develop solutions to improve quality.
- Develop and maintain quality control documentation, including testing procedures, test results, and quality control reports.
- Monitor and analyze quality control data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Train and mentor employees on quality control procedures and best practices.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure that products and services meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as production and customer service, to ensure that quality standards are met throughout the organization.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to quality control.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or quality control.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality control, preferably in a similar industry or organization.
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and address quality issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.
- Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements related to quality control.
